By paying the membership fee, you confirm that you have taken note of the SACA statutes in German (binding version) or in English (as a translation from the German version), that you are applying for the membership from the date of payment. A payment receipt or invoice will be sent to the email you provide. Once the membership fee has been paid, no refund will be provided.
By becoming a Corporate member, you become eligible for the services that SACA provides. More information is available on our page at https://www.sacagroup.ch/about.
You understand and agree that the services of SACA may change from time to time depending on situations without any advance notice to you.
By choosing to become a member, individuals and organizations give consent to SACA to hold information including names, postal addresses and email addresses. After the signup of SACA annual membership for 12 months, SACA will NOT extend your membership automatically. SACA membership shall be extended only upon your re-signup for the next year.
In case of cancellation, the member profile will be removed from the member directory but data will be retained regarding activity with SACA e.g. blog posts, comments, payment records etc. This data can be anonymized if requested.
You understand and accept that these terms can be updated from time to time.
