PRESIDENT

Juhee Lee


Juhee is a business enabler and serial entrepreneur based in Switzerland. She started her first venture in the UK in 2005 and moved to Switzerland in 2013. Her venture in the gaming industry achieved over 200M USD turnover for 7 years operation by partnership with Samsung, SAP, SEGA, Electronic Arts etc. Since 2013, she has been serving as the VP of Emoji Games, providing blockchain eSports Network "Pocket Arena". Since 2017, she has been working in various ICO projects, obtaining Non-Action Letters from FINMA . Juhee is active in blockchain & crypto scene in Switzerland and in South Korea.

Ivo Sauter

Ivo is currently a Chief Digital, Transformation and Strategy Officer of Gazprombank (Switzerland).  Prior to that, he served as the management team and Chief Client Officer of Six Digital Exchange (SDX) in Zürich. He has more than 20 years of experience in the financial markets. Prior to SIX Digital Exchange, Ivo worked in Falcon Private Bank, Bank Julius Baer, Citibank and Credit Suisse with various leadership positions. In his previous role as Head Trading & Operations at Falcon Private Bank he was also responsible for the conceptualization and launch of their crypto-asset offering. Ivo has a keen interest in Fintech, in particular the applications of Blockchain and its regulatory implications.

Dr. Sothy Kol-Men

 

Dr. Sothy Kol-Men co-founded SACA with Juhee and Ivo in 2019 and served as a President of SACA until recently. Dr. Sothy Kol-Men is a seasoned strategy and regulatory expert with a deep understanding of capital markets, regulatory affairs, corporate governance, and digital assets. He has many years of leadership experience, incl. as CEO of an asset management company. Currently, he serves as SACA's President and as well as member of the board of directors of several fintechs in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Dr. Kol-Men's doctorate thesis is about the regulation of alternative investment funds in Liechtenstein.

Dr. Matthias S. Kuert

 

Matthias is a senior associate with CMS von Erlach Poncet Ltd, Zürich. Since ten years, he advises clients in general contract, commercial and financial law matters (including capital markets law). A special focus of his practice concerns regulatory advice to financial services providers, regulatory and contract law advice to companies in the FinTech and blockchain field, and advice to large shareholders of listed companies. Matthias is the Swiss representative in the FinTech Group of CMS, the global group of law firms which CMS von Erlach Poncet Ltd is part of. His clients are, amongst others, token issuers, digital asset platforms, blockchain foundations, but also traditional players, such as banks or securities dealers.

Anton Golub
Anton Golub is the founder and CEO of Flov Technologies, a financial technology company with a vision of a global peer-to-peer marketplace that utilizes distributed ledger technology as a settlement infrastructure. Anton is also a co-founder of Trust Square AG, a pre-eminent blockchain technology hub located in Zurich's financial district. In 2013 Anton co-founded Lykke Corp, a Swiss based company that is building a global marketplace on top of the blockchain for the free exchange of digital assets. Prior to Lykke, he worked as a quantitative researcher at Olsen Ltd, an asset management firm that pioneered the field of computerized trading. As a Marie Curie Research Fellow at the Manchester Business School, Anton worked on high-frequency trading, market micro-structure and flash crashes.
 

REGULATORY AFFAIRS - Switzerland

Jürg Baltensperger

Jürg is an experienced regulatory expert with focus on cryptocurrency & blockchain compliance. Jürg is the founder and Managing Director of the Swiss company JayBee Ltd. which provides regulatory consulting for blockchain companies, supporting clients to become regulated in Switzerland as well as overtaking the role as external AML Officer. Jürg was the former Head Risk, Legal & Compliance of Centrum Bank (Switzerland) and previously supported Rothschild Bank as Compliance Officer. In addition, he is engaged as lecturer at the Universities of Applied Sciences IFZ (Zug), HWZ (Zurich) and ZHAW (Winterthur). The topics he is covering are Corporate Governance, Risk Management as well as Compliance Management including cryptocurrency & blockchain compliance.

Hui Jie Lim

At the age of 26, Hui Jie became one of the youngest Executive Directors of a London Listed Company. Today Hui Jie has sat on the Board of 3 listed companies and has successfully founded and listed his company onto the Australia Stock Exchange in 2015, achieving a market valuation over USD$230million. Hui Jie obtained his EMBA via the EMBA Global-Asia Programme across 3 major financial cities of the world of Hong Kong, London and New York, with the course conducted by Columbia Business School, London Business School and the University of Hong Kong (ranked the top 3 EMBA programs globally by Financial Times). He also holds a Bachelor of Business and Commerce (specializing in Management and Marketing) from Monash University (Australia) where he graduated with the Monash Golden Key Award.

Leeor Groen

 

Leeor Groen is a Principal at BV Ventures, a Swiss venture capital firm investing into and supporting blockchain-enabled businesses, and a Founding Board Member of the World Innovations Forum Foundation, an independent NGO dedicated to enabling prosperity for all nations through innovation and entrepreneurship. He actively contributes to the public discussion on technology, society, finance and the environment and is a member of the World Economic Forums Global Shapers community. Now based between Zurich and Singapore, Leeor has lived and worked professionally in the UK, Norway, Switzerland and Singapore since graduating from the University of Melbourne in 2013.

Ken Kawai

 

Ken Kawai has extensive experience advising financial institutions, fintech startups, investors and corporate clients on complex finance and financial regulatory matters. Ken focuses primarily on the fintech industry, and regularly advises fintech companies, financial institutions, international organizations and industry organizations on legal issues surrounding fintech, including the complex legal framework governing cryptocurrencies, initial coin offerings and blockchain. Ken also specialises in derivatives, and has counselled global banks, broker-dealers and investors on regulatory matters and best practices in respect of derivatives and related products. He derives his deep and practical knowledge in this area from his 17-year career at MUFG Bank, Ltd. (formerly known as The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi and, prior to that, The Bank of Tokyo Ltd.), where he was involved in derivatives trading and marketing.

Miss Bitcoin - Mai Fujimoto

 

Mai Fujimoto is known domestically and internationally as Miss Bitcoin. She has been promoting the spread of Bitcoin around the world since 2011. The company raises awareness of use cases for cryptocurrencies and blockchain for social good (e.g. her donation platform KIZUNA.world). During the Covid-19 pandemic, her company KIZUNA collaborated with the Binance Charity Foundation Crypto Against COVID campaign and raised over $4 million USD in cryptocurrency and provided assistance to over 1 million end-beneficiaries in 26 nations. She also works as an advisor to several companies, including Japan’s listed company, GMO Internet, and BITPoint Japan ,Double Jump Tokyo, Animoca Brands, Enjin etc. At the same time, she is active in investing and accelerating crypto & blockchain projects with HashPort.io, the crypto project accelerator in Japan.
