We are pleased to announce that Dr. Matthias Kuert has joined the SACA Expert Council to advise about Swiss Legal and Regulatory Affairs. We are strengthening our expert working group especially in this area, as the interest of Asian investors in Swiss crypto and blockchain startups is growing.
Matthias is a senior associate with CMS von Erlach Poncet Ltd, Zürich. Since ten years, he advises clients in general contract, commercial and financial law matters (including capital markets law). A special focus of his practice concerns regulatory advice to financial services providers, regulatory and contract law advice to companies in the FinTech and blockchain field, and advice to large shareholders of listed companies. Matthias is the Swiss representative in the FinTech Group of CMS, the global group of law firms which CMS von Erlach Poncet Ltd is part of. His clients are, amongst others, token issuers, digital asset platforms, blockchain foundations, but also traditional players, such as banks or securities dealers.
SACA is currently building a new FDI ecosystem with affiliated investors in Asia. In this context, we are planning to hold a monthly webinar on these topics with the closed group of high-ranking Asian investors.
